Meet Our Founder:
In January 2025, Cindy Hart founded EROS, LLC with the goal to continue providing risk consulting services to those within the Financial Services, Travel & Leisure, Retail, Government, and Non-Profit Organizations. She is responsible for all aspects of EROS Risk Consulting including the development of strategic partnerships to serve EROS, LLC client base.
Cindy has served in various business and technology internal audit roles with AmeriCredit Corporation (now GM Financial), Protiviti, PwC, and Dean Foods. Her experience spans across serving as the third line of defense within the financial services, commercial real estate, manufacturing, software development, oil and gas, communications, and retail industries. She has utilized her business process and technological expertise to assist clients in building out solutions which are sustainable by reducing pain points and cost while increasing automated, exception-based management oversight tools.
Cindy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University Shreveport. She is a Certified Investments and Derivatives Auditor (CIDA) and has passed the National Teacher’s Examination (NTE).
